Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Full-bodied, rich, with concentrated notes of ripe pears, figs and light aromas of vanilla and wood. The finish is clean and fresh with vivid acidity. Ripe tropical fruits, citrus and floral notes. Average fermentation temperature 14ºC. Matured for 6-9 months in French and American oak. Prolonged contact with regular battonage yeasts.
