This Merlot of a spectacular ruby has a great potential for bottle aging.
Color: Ruby with garnet reflexes.
Bouquet: Notes of Blackberries, ripe black Cherries, berries, black chocolate, vanilla, wood and toasted bread.
Taste: Tannic, Expressive and strong. A well-balanced wine that impresses through structure, body and intensity with an aftertaste of eucalyptus and sweet wood.
Culinary combinations: It fits perfectly a beef in crust of green pepper or next to stuffed turkey. Can also accompany a snack of matured cheeses with Pronounced flavors, such as cedar or parmesan.
