Signature Blend is the signature collection, as the name suggests, of the Appleton Estate brand. It was relaunched in 2015 and contains VX rums with special features. Appleton Estate Signature Blend is an ingenious mix of exceptional distilled molasses rum, of different types, each of them matured for at least 4 years. The maturation process takes place in small barrels, for each type of rum, and then the mix is ​​further matured in oak barrels. The result is surprising, with an effervescent copper color, and opens with a bouquet of notes that fuses the spices with the caramel creaminess, which anticipates an aroma where the hot spices return, this time tempered with vanilla and butter tones.
