Bouquet: Intense aromas of well-ripened black and red fruits.
Taste: Velvety taste, with vanilla notes from the oak barrels.
Culinary combinations: Serve with beef, lamb and game but also cheese or dark chocolate. It is also a suitable choice for Moroccan or Indian dishes.
