Banfi Piemonte Rosa Regale

Banfi Piemonte Rosa Regale is a sparkling wine of a delicate pink, produced from Brachetto. This old grape variety is very fragrant and complex, it is grown only in the Acqui Terme area, in the south of the Piedmont region. The cold maceration of the grapes, followed by a light pressing, allows the extraction from the grape skin of the intense, typical aromas and the obtaining of the characteristic color of light ruby ​​red. Very pleasant and extremely elegant. Production: The cold contact of the grapes with the skin for 4-5 days, allows the wine to developsits characteristics – color, aromas and complexity. The wine is then filtered and stored at 0° C. The re-fermentation process follows in stainless steel vats, located in the cellars of Strevi, where this special wine acquires its specific freshness and effervescence. Color : Ruby red, pale. Bright pink mousse with a persistent effervescence. and elegant with hints of berries and subtle notes of almonds and nutmeg. Culinary combinations: fresh strawberries, fruit cakes, fruit salads, pastries and chocolate. It is also ideal as an appetizer.
