Ruby cherry. With fruit aromas sustained by firm tannins and good acidity, with a complex and persistent finish. Complex and sensual, with aromas of berries, plums, licorice and coffee. The grapes that are harvested from different vineyards are fermented and macerated separately in oak for 12 months. This process is followed by the assembly of the wines obtained in the final product, which is kept in oak for another 12 months.
