An Italian gin created with passion, for enthusiasts, Bottega Bacur is immediately noticed thanks to its sophisticated bouquet, composed only of local ingredients, collected from the foot of the Alps. The assortment reveals its Italian origins in a special way, through aromas that capture the senses, so it behaves exemplary in the famous Gin Tonic, but it is versatile enough to support the basis of a variety of mixes. Juniper, sage and lemon juice are left to soak in a mixture of alcohol and pure water, and the liquid thus obtained is then purified by double distillation. Gin retains its aroma exactly as much as it needs to outline its special, fascinating taste at first tasting. Tasting notes: Smell: Fresh shades of juniper, sage, citrus and lemon peel.
