Dark ruby red. Full body, elegant structure, tannins and acidity very well integrated, with a long and intense finish. Complex and rich in aromas of red fruits (forest and wild cherries), aromatic herbs, with discreet shades of juniper. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Maturation for 12 months in “barriques” (cycle I, II and III) and another 12 months in large barrels (30 years old).
