Bumbu XO is a small batch rum that spends 18 years in bourbon barrels, being then subjected to an additional maturation in Spanish Sherry barrels to finally impress with an intense taste and a splendid aromatic harmony. The rum originating in the Caribbean is unique, say all those who enjoyed it, so it is worth discovering drop by drop, dry, with an ice cube, but also in a classic mix. The expression XO is bottle in a bottlemeant to highlight its elegance, with the famous X embedded on the front, a sign that Bumbu is the most precious treasure on the Caribbean map. Tasting notes: Smell: Generous notes of fruit, caramel and vanilla, set on a spicy background. Taste: Rich aromas of raisins, caramel, vanilla, wood and coffee, enlivened with fresh citrus accents. Finish: Seasoned, with coffee impressions. Color: Copper.
