Lacerta vineyards are located south of the Carpathian Mountains, along Parallel 45. Passing through Piedmont and Bordeaux. Beneficial positioning is only the first resemblance to the famous wine regions. In Muntenia spring is dry, autumn is sunny and the soil is fertile and clean. Only good for rich vineyards that stretch over hundreds of acres.
In the same place, among the vineyards are often seen green lizards, from which the Latin name of this wine was borrowed in 2011: Lacerta.

Color: Ruby-red, intense.

Bouquet: Fruity bouquet, composed of aromas of mint, figs, cherries and blackberries. Coffee and spices.

Taste: LacertA Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz has intense aromas of red fruits, complemented by spicy nuances and a bit of coffee.

Food pairings: Blend according to a dinner with red meat / game. Matured cheeses that enhance the aromas of red fruits and, for dessert, with cakes and pastries with chocolate.
