Captain Morgan Black Label is composed of assortments of rum matured for a period of 7 years in American oak barrels originally used for bourbon, carbonized inside. The blend is triple distilled, being characterized by a special complexity, which is mainly due to the origin of the rum assortments that are part of the drink. They are brought from three countries to give a unique and unparalleled flavor to this Jamaican assortment. The name of the blend is inspired by Henry Morgan, an English navigator who set out in 1654 to explore the West Indies. Captain Morgan can be eaten simply, and is also delicious when enjoyed with cola or ginger beer, lots of ice and a splash of lime. Tasting notes: Smell: Intense aromas of oak, vanilla and spices. Taste: A seductive bouquet, which combiness intense notes of vanilla, caramel, spices and woody influences. Finish: Long, fragrant, sweet. Color: Intense amber.
