The Santa Eulália House, owned by Maria Teresa Gil P. Cunha Marques Leandro, was founded in the 17th century. It is located in the heart of the DOC Vinho Verde, in Atei, Mondim de Basto. The passion for wine has been passed down from generation to generation, and the property has retained its charm, despite modernization efforts. Recently, 38 ha of vineyards were restructured and an impressive new winery was built, designed by the well-known Portuguese architect Arnaldo Pimentel Barbosa and perfectly framed in the old winery. n Color: bright lemon yellow. Bouquet: fresh and very expressive, with pure citrus scent and light floral shades. Taste: elegant, fine and full of character, with sprinting acidity and splendid citrus aromas (lemon, orange), intertwined with beautiful mineral notes; balanced and persistent. Culinary combinations: appetizers, fish; seafood, light Whitemeat. Serving temperature 8-10 ° C. Eulália are produced by Anselmo Mendes, the best oenologist in Vinho Verde. Recognized both in Portugal and abroad, it owes its fame to excellent wines and amazing ability to innovate, in full respect of tradition.
