Purple red with blue reflections. Very complex and expressive, floral, with aromas of black berries, licorice, bitter chocolate and sweet spices. Ripe black fruits, sweet spices and thyme. Fermentation in French oak for 15 days. Matured for 18 months in French oak and 24 months in glass.
