Taste: slightly bitter and lively acidity. Cepara Cepari was born from the love for wine of the winemaker Ilarie Preoteasa. He did his apprenticeship as an oenologist in the native lands of the Dragasans. Later he opened his own winery in which he continues the tradition of wine production with modern methods.
