Chambord a name that imposes a style, namely, the style of the French bourgeoisie presentsin the Chateaux of the Loire Valley. The imposing name Chambord is given in 1982 to the liqueur produced in this area, and is based on a typical production process. The ingredients used are raspberries, blackberries, Moroccan citrus peel, brandy and honey. Raspberries and blackberries are left to soak for 4 weeks with alcohol to produce a liquid and fruit infusion. After maceration, the fruits are squeezed to obtain a natural juice that will be mixed with the rest of the ingredients from which the incomparable liqueur with 16.5% alcohol by volume is obtained. The aromas are pleasant and juicy with vibrant notes of red fruit complemented by vanilla and citrus and ancestral berry finish.
