Chateau Branaire Ducru 2010 – 4ème Cru Classé is a prestigious Bordeaux wine. It comes from the Saint-Julien appellation in France. This wine is a classified Fourth Growth from the 1855 classification. The vineyard uses traditional and modern techniques in production. Hand-harvested grapes ensure the best quality for fermentation. Aging takes place mostly in new French oak barrels. The wine matures for about 18 to 20 months. This process gives it structure and depth. The 2010 vintage is especially noted for its balance.

The color is a deep, rich ruby red. It shows brilliant clarity and intensity. On the nose, aromas of blackcurrant and cedar emerge. Subtle hints of tobacco and spices add complexity. Floral notes complement the fruity and earthy bouquet.

On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and elegant. Ripe tannins provide a firm but smooth texture. Flavors of blackberry, plum, and dark chocolate develop. A long, persistent finish leaves a pleasant warmth. This wine pairs well with roasted lamb or beef. It also suits game dishes and aged cheeses. Ideal tasting occasions include celebratory dinners and quiet evenings. Serving at around 18°C enhances its rich flavors and aromas.
