Cinzano is a “Grande” in vermouth production worldwide. The drink is based on wine to which alcohol is added infused with wormwood and various plants, herbs or fruits. The Cinzano Bianco assortment is based on wormwood and cinnamon, cloves, gentian and citrus. The sugar level is at a concentration between 16-18% . The drink is versatile and can be consumed as a simple aperitif or as a base drink in various cocktails. The aroma is defined by ripe fruits and shock flowers with intense notes such as quince jam enriched with cinnamon and cloves, and the finish is slightly citrusy and spicy.
