Cles Des Ducs Trilogy is an exceptional Armagnac given the fact that it is an assembly of three years 1987,1973,1999 that gave eaux de vie with fantastic potential. This edition is produced from Ugni Blanc grapes from plots located on wild terroir in the heart of the Armagnac area. This blend represents a whole tradition of nobility and elegance specific to the area. I make it up. The influence of wood in the qualities of eaux de vie is felt quite little, because the frying of the barrels is done a little less and the contact with them is reduced, being for a period of only three or four months for the new barrels which leads to the reduction of impregnation of life.
