Cognac Courvoisier was one of Napoleon Bonaparte’s favorite drinks, so legend has it that he took several hundred bottle with him when he went into exile on the island of St. Helena. Each bottlebears the symbol of the star Regulus, known as the brightest star in the constellation Leo, the sign in which Napoleon was born. The assortment is aged in French oak barrels, where it outlines a complex and sophisticated aromatic bouquet, dominated by sweet notes. Its composition includes cognacs from the Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne and Fins Bois region, perfectly harmonized to obtain an elegant, distinct taste. Tasting notes: Smell: Seductive notes of peaches and browned almonds, wrapped in warm jasmine accents and a drop of musk. Taste: Rich aromas of fruit, especially peach, browned almonds, oak and vanilla. Finish: Slightly spicy. Color: Amber.
