Gitana Reserve Riesling is a well-balanced white wine, made from hand-picked grapes at the end of September. After harvest, the fruits go through the cryomaceration process. Then through the temperature controlled fermentation process. The liqueur obtained is then matured in stainless steel vessels, meant to preserve its varietal aromas.
The result is a fresh wine with a pronounced acidity, which makes it ideal to serve with Whitemeat, fish or asparagus.
Color: straw yellow.
Bouquet: intense flower scent.
Taste: fresh, elegant, intense floral notes, apricots, pears.
Culinary associations: chicken or fish, with seafood, cheeses, salads and appetizers.
Serving temperature: 12 – 14°C, to give it the opportunity to fully reveal its aromatic qualities during the tasting.
