Consists of carefully selected grapes that are harvested by hand and vinified in the traditional way. The seductive character is enhanced by aging in French oak barrels for 6 months. White wine lovers discover a sensual, velvety and drinkable wine when enjoying White de Purcari.
Variety: Chardonnay 50%, Pinot Grigio 45% and Pinot Blanc 5%.
Color: light gold.
Bouquet: a complex blend of fruity notes wrapped in delicate accents of honey and spices.
Taste: rich fruit flavors, with oak influences that are beautifully balanced composition; long finish.
Culinary combinations: as a starter or with semi-cured cheeses, fruit, seafood, mussels, grilled white meat and refined fish dishes.
Serving temperature: 10 – 12°C.
Founded in 1827, Purcari Winery is the oldest winery in Moldova. In two centuries has managed to become a popular winery in Central and Western Europe according to Decanter; DAWA; and also Effervescent du Monde.
