Black De Purcari is the king of red wines. It is noble, with a rich structure and a perfect bouquet. Obtained from handpicked and selected grapes vinified using traditional methods. Aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.
70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Saperavi, 5% Rare Black
Bouquet: complex and intense, with nuances of sweet fruit – ripe plums and figs – growing over time, finally doubled by subtle aromas of spices and saffron.
Taste: deep and velvety, reminiscent of the same fruits found in the aroma, with luscious notes of delicate tannins and a sensual, lingering aftertaste.
Culinary combinations: aged cheese with noble mold; roasted game stuffed with figs; Pheasant rolls with chestnut puree.
Serving temperature 18-20°C. Decant for 30 minutes before serving.
Founded in 1827, Purcari Winery is the oldest winery in Moldova. In two centuries has managed to become a popular winery in Central and Western Europe according to Decanter; DAWA; and also Effervescent du Monde.
