Nearly 100 years after the US ban on alcohol, Scottish producer Cutty Sark pays homage to that period with the Prohibition edition of blended whiskey. Moonshine, prohibition speeches and contraband liquor, all of which have shaped a cult of artisanal whiskey producers in the United States, with secret meetings and hidden actions. Cutty Sark Prohibition pays homage to its own history on this occasion, as in the 1920s, Cutty Sark was smuggled into America by Captain William McCoy to support the New World and, of course, to make a profit. This series of blended whiskey from malt and cereals is bottle with a high alcohol content of 50%. However, Cutty Sark Prohibition is extremely easy to drink, offering gentle vanilla notes. The aroma is surprisingly creamy, with delicious caramel accents to sweeten the memory of a dangerous time for craft beverage manufacturers in the United States. Tasting notes: Smell: The notes open with egg cream, to which citrus, pears and fudge are added Taste: The flavors reveal caramel and dark chocolate infusions, wrapped in fine accents of malt and nuts Finish : Sweet shades of caramel and baked malt Color: Gold
