De Kuyper Creme de Cassis

De Kuyper is a Dutch liqueur producer with a tradition of over three centuries. He produced the first drinks at a time when blackcurrant liqueur was very popular because it is considered an antidote for snake bites. As such, it has always had an important place in the De Kuyper collections, being found even today in the Essentials collection, in a much perfected form. Cassis cream is a versatile liqueur, with a strong taste of black currants, fruits that give the drink an intriguing color, an invigorating smell and a velvety finish. It can be served dry or as an integral part of a cocktail. De Kuyper recommends this liqueur for the Kir Royal cocktail. It’s a cocktail that is easy to prepare, with liqueur and champagne. The result is as complex as possible, containing an amalgam of aromas given both the taste of blackcurrants in liqueur and the grapes used to obtain champagne.
