Dead Man’s Fingers Coffee Rum

A creation born in The Rum and Crab Shack in St.Ives; Cornwall from the desire of the owners to developsa rum that fits perfectly with the restaurant menu and local flavors. Dead Man’s Fingers Coffee Rum was designed with the creaminess of the coffee in the center. For the basis of this expression, a blend of Caribbean rum is used, which is then infused with roasted coffee, and the result is fabulous. The character of rum perfectly balances the aromas of vanilla with those of raisins and a subtle scent of chocolate with oranges Color: Amber. Bouquet: Fresh notes of roasted coffee, complemented by touches of vanilla. Taste: Coffee, woven with accents of vanilla, raisins, chocolate, cumin and cloves.
