Dictador 20 Ani is a splendid premium rum, originally from Colombia, characterized by a complex and well-balanced bouquet, an intensely aromatic taste, a silky texture and a long finish, which crowns the tasting excellently. To obtain all these characteristics, rum is distilled into two types of stills using pure cane syrup, then matured by the Solera method. This method is borrowed from the sherry industry and is based on the art of combinesng beverage barrels of different ages to obtain a complex, perfectly balanced aromatic liqueur. Dictador 20 Ani is specially created to be enjoyed dry, with ice, but it also fits very well in mixes, to which it lends a little of its special character. Tasting notes: Smell: Fine scent of caramel, vanilla, pralines and wood, complimented by fruity notes of Morello cherries and subtle smoky accents.
