Cotnari Domenii Feteasca Black.
From typical or depleted Chernozem soils and forest-steppe ash modified by long viticulture, from grapes harvested in early October. The young character reveals a grassy, almost mentally flat and extreme note. It attacks the taste buds delicately, but is dense, heavy, concentrated and full-bodied. Young, sweet tannins, carefully modeled by the oenologist, appear in a unique, intriguing texture, along with a fruity acidity.
