Douglas Laing Syndicate 58/6 12 Yo consists of 18 single malts and 4 cereal distillates. They go through a “Solera” system, then matured for a year in the famous Oloroso Sherry barrels. The rare combinestion between cinnamon malt and cereal whiskey was found in 10 barrels in a warehouse owned by William Bond 9 Limited. Buchet: elegant; noble spirit with rich notes of oranges, pears and meaty mangoes, surrounded by spice, ginger and herbs. The sweet aromas found in Syndicate come with impressive notes of caramel, glazed apple and marzipan. The finish is long, slightly spicy.
