Freshly harvested spring rhubarb is combinesd with ginger and infused with the classic Edinburgh gin. With an alcohol concentration of 20%, the notes with sweet spices of rhubarb and ginger liqueur match perfectly with ginger ale and a slice of lime. It is just as well served as such with ice or over a cold Prosecco.
