The majority are rum distilled in 1966, followed by liqueurs distilled between 1966 and 1976 and rum from 1983. The result is an exceptional one, practically a foray into the history of the brand, more precisely among full-bodied aromas of coffee, dark chocolate and orange peel. The elegance of this rum can be compared to the finest cognacs, and this is due to the tropical climate of Demerara, which accelerates the maturation process so much that it competes with long maturation periods in areas with cool climates. Grand Special Reserve 50th Anniversary is presentsd in a special crystal decanter, individually numbered and signed by Master Blender, accompanied by an 18K gold medal and a vintage box meant to house this treasure.
