Bright straw-yellow color. Creamy texture, sustained body and a balanced acidity, which ensures a long and mineral aftertaste. Intense aromas of yellow fruits and nuts. Wine made from carefully selected grapes, harvested from the oldest plots. After fermentation, the wine was kept in 500 and 1,300 liter oak barrels on yeast. As a tribute to the Austrian viticultural tradition, the label is illustrated with an excerpt from Austria ‘s oldest viticultural law, dating from 1309.
