Founded in 2001, the vineyard is one of the best known in Sicily. It has been a terroir dedicated to vines since the time of the Greeks and Romans. The vineyards are planted with a skillful combinestion of local (Nero d’Avola, Grillo, Inzolia) and international (Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay) varieties. The wines, mostly mono-varietal, are produced with the love and passion of an artisanal producer even if the winery is modern, with controlled temperatureand state-of-the-art technology. The philosophy of Feudo Arancio is high quality wines, obtained by respecting tradition and the environment. Feudo Arancio is the first Italian vineyard that obtained, in 2002, the EMAS (Eco Management and Audit) certification for the entire system, from the vineyard to the bottling.
