Charles Maxwell reinterprets Victorian gin for Gin Lane 1751, a brand whose liqueurs are distilled in traditional steam-heated steel stills. London Dry Royal Strength introduces a higher alcoholic strength than a classic London Dry, so we have more intense aromas in the tasting, especially since the plants chosen to define the special taste of gin are soaked for 24 hours before to be distilled, a process that ensures the best possible extraction of flavors. Eight plants signify the aromatic palette of this gin that fits perfectly in cocktails, namely juniper, star anise, Sevilla orange, iris root, coriander, cinnamon, angelica and Sicilian lemon. Tasting notes: Smell: Clear shades of needles pine and citrus, complimented with finely seasoned tones. Taste: Intense aromas, revealing fresh hints of juniper, raw walnuts and citrus. Finish: Fresh, crunchy, caressed with hints of licorice. Color: Colorless.
