Gitana Reserve Rare Black displays the aromatic qualities of a special grape variety. Fruits are picked by hand so as not to damage them mechanically. Maceration is carried out in wooden vessels. Then the liqueur is drawn in oak barrels to go through the maturation process that extends over a period of 2 years. The result is a dry, complex wine, of a splendid red.
Color: intense ruby red with purple highlights.
Bouquet: aroma with shades of red berries with shades of strawberries, with hints of citrus.
Taste: intense and complex taste, with lactic notes after malolactic fermentation in wood, but also of well-highlighted dried fruits.
Culinary associations: juicy veal, pork steak or schnitzel.
Serving temperature: 16 – 18°C.
