This complex and mineral Rose with a vivid color. Reveals light aromas of berries, followed by strawberries and May cherries. The lively acidity supports the complex taste that comes from the Merlot variety. Rich and balanced in the palate, with a very good fruitiness and pleasant finish, prolonged acid.

Grapes are picked by hand once they reach the desired phenolic maturity. Then they are carefully selected on the sorting tables. Process continues with a short maceration. The must ferments for 10 days at a controlled temperature of 13°C, in stainless steel vessels, with the help of native yeasts.

Color: rose salmon.

Bouquet: intense, rich, with aromas of berries, strawberries, strawberries.

Taste: balanced, mineral taste, strong fruity accent.

Culinary associations: appetizers, cheeses, white meat.
