Glenfiddich Experimental Series Fire & Cane 0.7L

Glenfiddich Fire & Cane is a Speyside single malt, the fourth and newest in the Experimental Series. Fire & Cane is a fabulous combinestion of smoky and sweet flavors, made from a bold mix of peat-flavored whiskey and single malt matured in bourbon barrels, an extra aged blend in South American rum barrels. This dizzying combinestion gives the whiskey its distinct aroma that so elegantly blends the sweet and creamy notes with the smoky ones. The Fire & Cane concept was born in 2003, when master Brian Kinsman had the innovative idea to distill peat-flavored liqueur in the Glenfiddich distillery. Thus was developsd the concept that would later take physical form through the Experimental Series. The fourth delicious expression of this concept, Fire & Cane, bears the unique signature of the Glenfiddich brand, sweet and fruity. Tasting notes: Smell: Delicate notes of peat, delicious caramel and nuances of fresh juicy fruit with spicy accents. intertwined with hints of caramel, green, refreshing fruit, sweet ripe apple and light smoky accents. Finish: Sweet, smoky. Color: Golden.
