The first whiskey in the Experimental Series collection is this spicy single malt, created in collaboration with Seb Jones. The assortment is matured for a period of three months in barrels previously filled for thirty days with India Pale Ale (IPA), a beer that is distinguished by a higher concentration of hops, respectively by a more bitter and complex taste. than that of an ordinary beer. The result is a vibrant and interesting whiskey with a rich fruit aroma. Tasting notes: Smell: An elegant and harmonious mix of notes of green apples, pears, herbs and spring flowers.
