The beautiful Scottish gin is packaged in a container that pays homage to the medicinal origin of gin, reminiscent of old bottle used in pharmacies. Hendrick’s Dry Gin is for those who dare to enjoy sophisticated drinks. The assortment includes aromatic plants of the highest quality, usually used for the preparation of gin, but also less common ingredients, such as Bulgarian rose petals and cucumbers, which are infused towards the end before bottling. Vintage stills are used in the manufacturing process, some dating from the 19th century. They accentuate the intense aromas of the plants. Gin goes well with tonic water, ice and a slice of cucumber, with mineral water and shock flowers or in a cocktail like Rosie Lee, Hendrick’s Breakfast Martini, “Dirty Martini” or Diamond Blue. Tasting notes: Smell: Vibrant and intricate notes of juniper, eucalyptus, pine, lime marmalade and floral scent. Taste: Sweet, elegant aromas of juniper, lemon, cumin, licorice and a splash of pepper. Finish: Persistent, with floral accents and notes of cucumber and juniper. Color: Colorless.
