Nec Plus Ultra So far, it is impossible. It is the Latin expression that, according to legend, was engraved by Hercules on the promontories of Gibraltar. It was meant to warn sailors not to go further, because they have reached the end of the world. Today, the expression is used to mark an exceptional achievement, a highlight.

Nec Plus Ultra wines are the expression of the audacity to take a step further, to push the limits and to reach what seems unattainable. A brilliant semi-dry wine. In this wine is captured the mastery of the winemaker.

A blend of 30% wine fermented in oak barrels. Gives a balanced structure; unctuous. 70% of the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks. As a result it is preserving the freshness and aromas characteristic of the variety.

Color: clear, crystalline, intense yellow with greenish reflections.

Bouquet: fresh tropical fruits, orange peel; notes of Golden apple and figs.

Taste: tropical fruits, Golden apples, peach, almonds and fig.

Culinary combinations: seafood risotto; salads; chicken or quail preparations; brie cheese; Asian dishes; lamb with spices; sweet cheese pie.

Serving temperature: 4– 6˚C.
