Great, sensitive, elegant, Ana Sauvignon Blanc delights with a surprising and balanced aromatic diversity.

Obtained from carefully selected grapes. Harvested manually from plots with southern exposure. 4 months of fermentation and maturation with fine yeast highlight the smoothness, simplicity and flavor given by apples, pears and floral accents.

Bouquet: fresh aromas of grapefruit and shock flower, jasmine.

Taste: persistent, perfectly balanced and complemented with pleasant minerality. Apricot, peach, sweet and sour citrus notes (lemon and grapefruit) are revealed.

Culinary associations: an inspired choice for an aperitif. Just as good with risotto with truffles. Vegetable salads, fish meat, lean meats, sushi, summer salads and fresh cheeses (Feta, goat).
