Jura Prophecy

In this single malt we find an expression of the area where this drink is produced, the island where the distillery is found has an imprint on whiskeys with a specific note of peat and smoke. Prophecy is a single malt that is produced from a selection of old and rare whiskeys that the distillery has. An “Eye” is inserted on the glass, representsng the symbol of a local prophet. The developsd aroma palette is an impressive one, the base of the aromas is a primary one of grass, peat and it becomes more complex as it is left in contact with the air. The notes are secondary and expose a variety of spices and spices finished on wood accents.
