La Playa – roze

At Playa Rose 2020 it has the color of a desert rose. The wine is elegant and complex with aromas of rose petals and red fruits, with notes of peach that adds a note of freshness. Overall, the wine is rounded, balanced, fresh and full of flavor. There are three major ways to produce rosé wine: skin contact, saignée and blending. Rosé wines can be made quiet, semi-sparkling or sparkling and with a wide range of sweetness levels, from very dry Provencal rosé to WhiteZinfandeluri and red make-up. Pink wines are made from a wide variety of grapes and can be found all over the globe. The grapes are then pressed and the shells thrown away, rather than left in contact throughout the fermentation (as in the case of red wine). The longer the skin stays in contact with the juice, the more intense the color of the final wine. When a winemaker wants to add more tannin and color to red wine, some of the pink juice in the must can be removed at an early stage in what is known as the Saignée method (from French bleeding).
