Lacerta vineyards are located south of the Carpathian Mountains, along Parallel 45. Passing through Piedmont and Bordeaux. Beneficial positioning is only the first resemblance to the famous wine regions. In Muntenia spring is dry, autumn is sunny and the soil is fertile and clean. Only good for rich vineyards that stretch over hundreds of acres.

Blanc de Noir, like all Lacerta wines, is produced with modern technology that respects the gravitational principle. This principle is applied in the early stages of vinification to protect grapes that are usually exposed to oxidation. And other chemical processes during mechanical processing.

Color: Golden yellow.

Bouquet: Predominant aroma of peach. Enveloped in light tones, sweet ripe melon.

Taste: Slightly robust body, close to that of a red wine. With balanced acidity and well-integrated alcohol. Elegant aromas of red fruits; highlighted by blackberries. Mirabelle plums, followed by sweet and bitter notes of lime and grapefruit.

Food pairings: Recommended with traditional dishes with a mix of beef and pork. Serve with lean fish, seafood and last but not least, salads.

Serving temperature: 8 – 10 °C.
