Lacerta vineyards are located south of the Carpathian Mountains, along Parallel 45. Passing through Piedmont and Bordeaux. Beneficial positioning is only the first resemblance to the famous wine regions. In Muntenia spring is dry, autumn is sunny and the soil is fertile and clean; only good for rich vineyards that stretch over hundreds of acres.
In the same place, among the vineyards are often seen green lizards, from which the Latin name of this wine was borrowed in 2011: Lacerta.
Color: Pink, onion leaf.
Bouquet: A fresh rosé with aromas of strawberries and nuances of exotic fruits.
Taste: Refreshing with soft, delicate fruit aromas and slightly sweetened by the sugar left over from fermentation. A dry, round wine thanks to the residual sugar after fermentation and the short aging period in the bottle.
Food pairings: Serve as an aperitif or at meals with red meat (beef, veal, pork, lamb, mutton, duck, goose). With dishes from Asian cuisine and cheeses.
Serving temperature: 8 – 10 °C.
