An ecological and biodynamic wine from 100% Chenin Blanc, from vines with an average age of 35 years, grown on shale soils, at an extremely low yield of 25 hl / hectare. The grapes for this wine are harvested later, the wine is matured in contact with the fine yeasts in 400 liter French oak barrels for 14 months.
