Gin is distilled using modern techniques from local ingredients such as Italian wheat, juniper from Tuscany, lemons from Sicily and lemons from the Amalfi Coast, among others. The Amalfi lemon variety is a special one, which concentrates strong aromas. The fruit is protected and only a limited amount is used for the production of alcoholic beverages, most of which turn into the famous limoncello. But Malfy con Limone takes its share of Amalfi lemons and creates a fragrant, fresh and expressive gin, ideal to enjoy in an effervescent Tonic Gin.
