Jidvei Mysterium Tamaioasa Sauvignon Blanc

Mysterium is more than a collection of exclusive wines. It is, above all, a story in which everything starts, as the name suggests, from the challenge of finding out the mystery of wines, of unraveling their secrets.

No detail is left to chance, and the story of Mysterium wines unfolds, like Ariadne’s thread, in a labyrinth of aromas and notes that seem familiar, familiar, but which are not easily deciphered. All this maze of aromas intrigues wine lovers and prompts them to use their senses to discover more with each tasting.

The velvety and balanced interweaving of white flowers, typical of the Sauvignon Blanc variety, and rose petals, from which summer fully springs, gives rise to a complex bouquet that develops gradually.

A first sip with subtly sweet touches then evolves into a slightly bitter taste, characteristic of Traminer. So that at the end it envelops you with aromas of peach, melon and apricot. The tartaric and malic acids typical of the Sauvignon Blanc variety from this area give the impression of spices. This givs the blend a charming aromatic complexity.

Color: clear, yellow-green.
