Black de Purcari Vintage

The limited edition of the “King of Purcari Wines”, as the producers call the Black Assortment from Purcari, simply captivates with its elegance and noblesse. The range is aged in French oak barrels for 18 months. Long enough to fully reveal its intriguing personality.

Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon 70%, Saperavi 25% and Rare Black 5%.

Color: brick red.

Bouquet: a strong, intense, complex, rich and balanced.

Taste: in which notes of plums and figs with subtle accents of cloves, saffron and liquorice. Rich aromas of plums, figs and berries wrapped in spicy tones.

Culinary associations: red meat dishes; beef; lamb; pale; hot dishes with hot sauce; pasta with meat sauce, moldy cheese, Roquefort, Gorgonzzola, Stillton cheese, roast game stuffed with figs; pheasant rolls with chestnut puree.

Serving temperature: 18-20°C. Must be decanted 30 minutes beforehand.
