La Cetate (At the Fortress) is not only one of the brands having written history in the revival of the Romanian wine. For the Oprisor Winery, this was the first series of premium wines.
Due to the minute and meticulous way they were worked, brought exceptional results since their first year of production. In the name of a history which is still in the making, but also in order to celebrate the rebirth of these lands.
Shiraz is enjoying a complex personality and a challenging taste of almonds and cocoa. It has a profound centre with an exceptional coloring intensity.
Color: Deep red.
Bouquet: Aged in French oak barrels for 14 months. Sprinkled with spicy shades, prunes, wrapped in oak wood accents.
