The wine is obtained from the selection of the best Sangiovese and Ciliegiolo grapes from Tuscany.  The vinification is done at a controlled temperature with a long maceration. The technique “GOVERNO ALL’USO Toscano” (traditional Tuscan vinification) is used, which consists in the introduction in the second fermentation of a selection of dehydrated Sangiovese grapes. Tasting notes: with an intense and persistent aroma of ripe red fruits. It is well structured, balanced wine, with soft tannins and distinct notes of red fruit.
